Jennifer Marohasy » Ten Worst Man-Made Disasters
The purpose of this post is to present ten environmental disasters caused by man which have nothing to do with either AGW or western society. These disasters demonstrate that AGW is a distraction from a proper analysis of those incidents where man disrupts PN [a pristine natural template].
Heliogenic Climate Change: More change we don't need
I guess he wants to spend the money on his "fight" against "global warming" instead:
Mr Obama's transition team is demanding spending cuts to the Constellation Project, the successor to the Space Shuttle, which is supposed to create a permanent manned base on the Moon by 2020 before a mission to Mars.

Her horse rescue group doesn't have a heated stall. It's uncommon for horse owners to have heated stalls because the weather is usually so mild in the Northwest.
Still more people attempt to cash in on the global warming scam
“Climate risk insurance as a viable option for dampening the negative effects of global warming,” Alvarez told the BusinessMirror. “The Philippines is pushing for consideration of risk sharing and transfer mechanisms, such as climate risk insurance to address loss and damage in the Philippines [which] is vulnerable to climate change.”

Philippines is particularly pushing for an environmental insurance program for all food production systems in the country to ensure food security, Alvarez said.

The Swiss government has proposed that developed countries with a global levy of $2.00 per ton of carbon dioxide emitted should commit to the insurance, he explained. He added that 60 percent of the fund would be retained by the country taxed, and 40 percent to a Multilateral Adaptation Fund for relief and rehabilitation of affected communities.

“The levy is intended to be both as an incentive and a disincentive to developed countries. As an incentive to shift away from consumption of fuels that emit carbon dioxide, and as a disincentive so they won’t consume more,” Alvarez said.
