The bulk of Russia is running -30F or below. Some places in Russia have been -50F or below for weeks - why would they be concerned about the uniquely American neurosis of "global warming?" Every Russian I know thinks that America has lost it's collective mind.

Brazil has been running persistently below normal temperatures for the last two years.

India and Dr. Pachuri are happy to push global warming, on the condition that the Americans commit economic suicide while India is allowed to push forward aggressively with economic development.
