While obviously finding their high-spirited antics hugely enjoyable and believing them to be virtuous, they’re unlikely to have anything like the impact of a global financial squeeze on fuel supply and demand, consumer unwillingness to spend on air travel and severe economic constraints on future development.

And having been responsible for the cancellation of 21 flights, the shattered business and personal plans of countless passengers and airport workers, they’d be plain stupid to think they have won many converts to their cause.
