BOULDER, Colo. — Long before George W. Bush admitted that global warming is likely caused by humans and Al Gore swept the nation with his inconvenient truths, people in Boulder County were already battling greenhouse gases.The 2009 Green Inaugural Ball: ‘Yes We Can’ transfer public wealth to fraudsters
Blame it on the dense concentration of climate scientists or the overflow of renewable-energy startups. Whatever the reason, a lot of people in Boulder spend a lot of time thinking about the perils of carbon.
