TOKYO (AP) - Toyota Motor Corp. is secretly developing a vehicle that will be powered solely by solar energy in an effort to turn around its struggling business with a futuristic ecological car, a top business daily reported Thursday.

Philippa Williams, 45, from Penarth, brought along a flask of hot chocolate to enjoy with her husband Steve, 45, and their daughter Katie, nine. Their son Michael, 14, opted to break with family tradition by keeping warm at home instead.

“We come here every year but it’s not usually this cold,” said Philippa as she sipped her drink.

“It’s fairly busy but I would say there’s not quite as many people as there usually are. It is freezing though.
