Today, IPredict launched two climate change stocks asking “will 2009 be warmer than 2008?” and “Will it be the warmest year ever?”.
Starting with a brief overview of our knowledge of climate change, the speaker [Kenneth A. Haapala] will highlight key failures in the IPCC report. Particularly, the speaker will critique the IPCC's use of quantitative procedures and techniques of presentation. Today three pipelines were still closed with little hope of power being restored to much of east Europe.
Several countries are now experiencing severe shortages and have been forced to shut down industries, schools and hospitals. Both Slovakia and Romania have declared states of emergency.
The pipelines have been off for two days during which bitterly cold weather has enveloped Europe.
