Utah's 4-day work week falls short of savings goal
The move was made by the governor with little-to-no input from state workers, residents or lawmakers and was one of the boldest initiatives he took during his first four years in office. Huntsman is increasingly trying to frame himself as part of a new breed of Republicans that consider the environment a top issue, even in a state where many of his GOP colleagues believe global warming is a hoax.
Error Theory: Dishonest global warming survey counts skeptics as alarmists
They ask a survey question that is designed to elicit the same answer from alarmists and skeptics, then misrepresent the result as evidence that, amongst scientists, there are no skeptics. Pure intellectual fraud, just like Hansen and Schmidt and Mann and Schneider and Holdren and Chu and rest of the global warming liars.
I wonder if climate realism will be permitted
University of Arizona's Institute for Environment and Society and the Climate Assessment for the Southwest are launching the first website known to combine social networking with climate science to help people and organizations understand and plan for climate change in the southwest.

The Southwest Climate Change Network Website is a virtual community in which scientists, decision makers and the public share information on climate change and collaborate on solutions to adapt to the impacts of climate change and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

"The Southwest is the climate change hot spot for our nation, and we need real-world approaches to understanding and meeting the challenge," said Jonathan Overpeck, the lead climate scientist on the project and co-director of the Institute for Environment and Society.
