At these prices, we can't afford NOT to give all of our money to fraudsters

Climate change could cost Oregon $3.3 billion - Portland Business Journal:
A failure to reduce greenhouse gas emissions could costs Oregonians $3.3 billion annually by 2020, according to a study released Tuesday by the University of Oregon.

The cost translates into 4 percent of Oregon’s household income by 2020.

The study was conducted by Portland-based ECONorthwest for the University of Oregon’s Climate Leadership Initiative’s Program on Climate Economics. The program is run by a steering committee of 19 academics and private economists from Oregon and other western states.

Ernie Niemi, the lead author of the report, said Oregon’s $3.3 billion price tag “is a purposeful understatement.”
What If New Mexico Doesn't Address Climate Change?
If nothing is done to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, New Mexico could experience some $3.2 billion in associated costs -- led by wildfires and health-care. This could translate to a tab of 8 percent of annual household income by 2020, according to a report produced for the University of Oregon's Climate Leadership Initiative's Program on Climate Economics by ECONorthwest.
What if Washingtonians don't address climate change?
f nothing is done to substantially reduce greenhouse gas emissions, Washington is likely to experience some $3.8 billion in associated annual costs -- including $1.3 billion in health related costs alone. That will translate to about 2 percent of median annual household income by 2020, according to a report produced for the University of Oregon's Climate Leadership Initiative's Program on Climate Economics by ECONorthwest.

There is never any context for these grand pronouncements. They never net it out. How much will be saved in healthcare treatment for frostbite and car accidents on icy roads?
But of course it doesn't matter anyway, cause we are on track to maybe have temps go up 1% degree in a hundred years, any single generation will not even notice any increment.
Too bad the general population is too stunned and dumbed down to question big lies.
