Branson’s real insight that engineers could take home had mostly to do with the future that engineers will be called upon to build. He foresees hotels in space within a generation. Possibly a manned flight to Mars in the next 30 years. He talked a lot about renewable energies, and said some things about global warming and fuel sources that may not have sat well with the oil&gas industry people in the crowd.
