CO2 hysteria Inspires Winning Essay | The Cheshire Herald
After her presentation on Jan. 22 ended, Manware received a certificate honoring her as the first-place winner of the Connecticut Secretary of State’s 15th Annual Essay Contest for the 5th district. Manware joined the other 25 district winners at a ceremony, honoring each one for their essays.
