NATIONALS MHR for Gippsland Darren Chester has labelled the Federal Government's Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme (CPRS) as ``reckless''.
In an interview with The Express Mr Chester slammed the government's draft CPRS legislation saying it would cause job losses in the Latrobe Valley.
