In fact, he did — and imposed a gag order on them, threatening them with expulsion from his class if they spoke to the press. He did the same thing in 2007 when he appeared at South Dakota’s Augustana College.

Why ban the media as a standard part of the speaking contract? I’d like to say because Gore’s worried that they’ll call him out on his poor science and hysterical hyperbole, but we haven’t seen much evidence that they want to do that when they do cover him. For now, we’ll just chalk it up to the why-can’t-I-just-eat-my-waffle mentality that leading Democrats exhibit to their buddies in the press.

This is causing energy experts from across the political spectrum to begin questioning the role of subsidies in energy policy. Is this an area where liberals and conservatives might agree?

It aint just any old carbon, buddy. Peeple who believe the scam known as global warming or anthropogenic climate change really need to clean up their act by using accurate teminology. You peeple are talking about CO2, otherwize known as Carbon Dioxide.

As it happens, *carbon dioxide is not a pollutant*. It's a gas plants thrive on. And the theory that CO2 causes the Earth's atmosphere to heat up is false. Satellite measurements show CO2 concentration increeases *after* small increases in atmospheric temperature. If CO2 *causes* the atmosphere to heat up you'd expect the concentration of CO2 to go up *before* the temperature increase, wouldn't you?

Anthropogenic Global Warming is a load of tripe that doesn't hold up to the merest scrutiny.
