Stott: Crunch Time for ‘Global Warming’
The ‘Global Warming’ crash is surely imminent. The lever that switched the signal to green, and the branch-line points to the main line, will cause a mighty collision, the fall out from which could be both terrible and fascinating to watch. The Fat Controllers had better be well prepared.

And, finally today, I should just like to point out to poor old Nick Cohen that, on the topic of ‘global warming’, it is the bloggers who have proved more reliable and critical than the mainstream media and the environmental journalists.
Enough, population doom merchants | Dominic Lawson - Times Online
The most prominent British advocates of population control should really be able to understand this. Professor and Mrs Guillebaud have three children. The Duke of Edinburgh, who last year declared there are “too many people”, is a father of four; and what of Stanley Johnson, author of The Population Problem and World Population: Turning the Tide? He is best known for producing a son called Boris but, despite appearances, Boris is not a clone of Stanley – he is one of six children produced in the traditional fashion.

A period of silence from the population control freaks would now be most welcome.

ENERGY: Cap and trade would cripple economy
Global warming alarmists often claim there are no other solutions. Instead of giving other countries hundreds of billions of dollars, we should utilize our own nation’s supply of oil. This will create jobs to provide us with the funding for the development and launching of tomorrow’s renewable energy.
