Trace amounts of CO2 apparently devastating to anyone hoping for 6-foot spring snowdrifts in Oklahoma panhandle
Jane Apple of Kenton in the far western part of the Panhandle said there are 4 to 5 foot drifts with visibility less than 100 yards.

There are several references to it on the Internet now (over 1,900 from a Google search for "Human Achievement Hour"). Even solely as a counterprotest to "Earth Hour" the event has generated anough publicity and noteriety to be included, as Wikipedia often includes protests, pranks, and stunts...
