New Report Predicts "New Global Ice Age" - Yahoo! Finance
ROCKVILLE, MD--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 23, 2009 -- MarketResearch.com has announced the addition of Unit Economics' new report "The New Global Ice Age," to their collection of Energy/Environment market reports....

Abstract of Unit Economics' Report: "New Global Ice Age"

"At first glance, a research piece predicting significantly colder weather seems rather bold. In reality, we're very confident about this report. That's because we are not so much predicting colder weather, but are instead observing it. More important, we're attempting to coax our readers to view recent weather data and trends with a neutral perspective -- unbiased by the constant barrage of misinformation about global warming. We assure you, based on the accuracy of climatologists' long-term (and short-term!) forecasts, you would not even hire them! [Via Climate Realists]
Wind Farms Will Never Be More Than Supplementary Sources Of Electricity (from The Herald )
Shetland is to be the latest part of Scotland's landscape to be exploited by an energy company for subsidised financial gain ("Wind farm splits Shetland opinion", The Herald, March 23). David Thomson of Viking Energy suggests that "only to do a little bit is not to play your part in fighting climate change". This mantra is repeated by wind-farm developers to suggest that opponents of wind farms are against sensible measures to reduce our CO2 output.
