Between the Church turning off temple lights during “Earth Hour” and last week’s meeting with ALGORE, one might wonder.
According to SUMP, there were rumors that something would be said about global warming during the LDS Conference over the weekend (there wasn’t) but the post reiterates the tenet of LDS faith that includes being good stewards of the earth.
Is the lack of anything about “global warming” at conference enough to allay rumors that the Church was about to get behind the cause? Or are there still rumblings and grumblings?
