April Fools' Day Joke from the Washington Times - Iain Murray - The Corner on National Review Online
'Emissions Plan Moderate in Scope.'

Utilities forced to buy renewable energy, biofuels boosted, Blago's CCS expanded, Fed-built electricity grid, appliances forced to be "efficient" (ie expensive and won't work), same with cars, Waxmanville trailer parks, cap-and-trade admittedly designed by rent-seekers along the Enron model, provision for carbon trade war, the green jobs scam, bribes to consumers, and the carbon offsets scam institutionalized. Moderate?

Just because it's not everything extremists want doesn't make it moderate.
The Hoax Is Over. - Philip V. Brennan
The con game is about over. The attempt to portray a life-giving natural gas as a dire threat to this planet is failing rapidly, as well it should.

It is becoming more and more obvious to the American people that carbon dioxide, the very substance that gives life to the world's plant life, is not a pollutant, as the global-warming hoaxers would have us believe, but a vital element that keeps the earth green and healthy.

The reason they give for cap and trade is man-made global warming. Hundreds of climate scientists have come out lately saying this is a farce. Is it worth $3,000 per year to you to help pay for this scam?

In simpler terms, "climate change acts as an amplifier" for existing problems, a top CDC official said yesterday in Washington, discussing the link between warming and health.
Got that? It doesn't matter what problem you have; tiny amounts of sinister CO2 will make it worse.
