A Bridge to Somewhere [Stupid]: Sarah Palin, Climate Change and the Energy Debate - Environmental Capital - WSJ
There’s still plenty of skepticism in Republican ranks about the existence or extent of global warming. So, assuming her national political ambitions haven’t frozen, does her embrace of mainstream climate-change talking points mean that global warming is no longer a Republican electoral battle horse?

Has the energy debate shifted to the point where all that’s left to settle is the shape of the bridge to the cleaner-energy future?
Question: Outside of McAfee's PR department, does any world inhabitant think that a "spam causes global warming" pitch isn't idiotic?
Security vendor McAfee decided to take an Al Gore Approach and promote their antispam software with an eco-twist: spam is damaging to the environment.

In other words, we’re trying to scare you or make you feel guilty, so you would buy our software. Spam is bad, no doubts about it, but shady PR practices are bad as well.
