The IPCC, national governments, NGOs, universities, and media all played important roles in coordinating the scientific effort. As the world embarks on climate change mitigation, attempting to build a green economy, we will need a similar infrastructure to improve collaboration between disciplines and support good policy.

We will present the Climate Navigator, built on the Wikipedia model, as one element of this infrastructure.

Sarkozy described U S President Obama was inexperienced and badly briefed on climate change, the Spanish Prime Minister Jos Luis Rodrguez Zapatero wasn”t very clever and German Chancellor Angela Merkel did not share his foresight about how to tackle the global financial crisis.
I'd like to see a one-hour debate between Obama and Chris Horner on the global warming swindle.
