E.P.A. Releases [Idiotic] Analysis of Climate Bill - Green Inc. Blog - NYTimes.com
The Waxman-Markey bill, also known as the American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009 (PDF), will “drive the clean energy transformations of the U.S. economy,” and substantially reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions, according to the E.P.A.’s review.

In a summary (PDF), the E.P.A. said it focused its analysis on the bill’s proposed cap-and-trade mechanism. It assumes that carbon prices would range from $13 to $17 per ton in 2015, and would rise by about 5 percent a year. By 2020, carbon costs would reach $17 to $22 per ton. That is approximately what participants in a European Union cap-and-trade program are currently paying.
Ok, I looked at both the full review and the summary. Where's the discussion of the temperature "benefit" that we'd allegedly get for spending all of this money?

If we're allegedly doing this to improve the world's climate by lowering the global temperature, how can this omission be explained?!

You thought it was about the temperature, nope, how silly of you. It's about taxes.

That's what is so funny about all this crap. They never say how much will save the planet.

How do we know that the planet does not need more CO2 instead of less?

I say make them prove the AGW stuff first. Show the proof.
