The article "Tougher times, cleaner climate" parrots Al Gore's alarmist warnings that carbon dioxide causes global warming (News, Thursday).

Folks, the data show carbon dioxide increases after the temperature rises, not the other way around.

If Gore is so sure of his theory, why does he refuse to debate prominent people on the other side of the issue?
