The House of Representatives remained determined to push for the creation of a Climate Change Commission despite the downgrading of the Philippines among the countries most affected by extreme weather events.

In a report to Speaker Prospero Nograles, the Congressional Planning and Budget Department (PBD) revealed that the Philippines improved from being the country with highest climate risk in 2006 to 44th in 2007.

I just overheard this on The Rush Limbaugh Show in reference to John Holdren’s cuckoo “climate engineering” idea. Rush’s point is that the global warming machine needs to stay relevant and keep the bucks rolling in to keep everyone’s payroll intact.
