Today, writing in The Times, Ed Miliband, the Minister for Hot Air - er, sorry - the Energy and Climate Change Secretary, quite unbelievably talks of “preventing climate change”. The hubris of our politicians knows no bounds. But the Government is now so deeply mired in its ‘global warming’ rhetoric, especially when trying to cover up a long history of incompetence over energy policy, that the whole Cabinet may have to be given new job titles. Here then is my proposed list, based on the present incumbents of those most august political offices...
