Skeptic's Corner: An Atlas Shrug will do it
I don't believe that some people really understand that the plan is not to change our economic engine, it is to control it. Well meaning educated people can not get their mind around the fact that this has very little to do with environmentalism or protecting the planet, it is about control, plain and simple.
[Co2-fearing] Skoll Foundation Hires Google’s Larry Brilliant | SiliconBeat
Larry Brilliant, the physician who Google hired to run its philanthropic arm over three years ago, has been tapped by Jeff Skoll to create a new organization that will focus on urgent threats.
“Over the least few years, it has become increasingly apparent that humanity’s failure to address critical issues like climate change and nuclear proliferation aren’t just making these challenges more difficult; they’re putting life on the planet at risk,” Skoll said in a press release announcing Brilliant’s new role.
Tropical Troposphere - March 2009 « Climate Audit
The plot below shows the following series with their trend (deg C/decade in brackets): UAH T2LT (0.014), RSS TLT (0.09), CRU (0.103), NOAA (0.117), GISS (0.132), HadAT 850 hPa radiosonde (-0.001) and the following two series not shown UAH T2 (-0.013) and RSS TMT (0.066). The satellite and radiosonde series are the tropical troposphere series where Santer says that there is no statistically significant difference between observations and models for either the UAH or RSS data sets (this being the subject of a submission by Ross and I to IJC - on which still no response.)

Ok, so here's the pitch: How about we give $45 trillion to fraudsters in an insane attempt to stop these natural fluctuations?
