A chicken in every pot, a trillion in every rat hole
The cap-and-trade plan to limit carbon emissions won't do much more than wink at the global warming issue it is meant to confront. Despite costing each American family something between $1,600 and $3,000 a year and putting the economy in peril beyond today's recession, carrying out this plan in the United States alone would reduce global temperatures an insignificant smidgen at best, some experts say.
