The president praised himself for his efforts to save the planet from the imaginary threat of global warming. In fact, this unscientific theory is so discredited that President Obama could not bring himself to use the words “global warming” or even “climate change” in congratulating himself for strong-arming passage of the Mother of All Tax Acts.
“And above all, it will protect consumers from the costs of this transition, so that in a decade, the price to the average American will be just about a postage stamp a day,” Obama said.
That’s $160 per person a year at 44 cents a stamp.

Republicans are hanging a right. Good call.
Most economists say it will cost 10 times that. Look for stamps to reach $4.40 soon.

This is a blatant redistribution of wealth, as the bill calls for those impacted by the bill to get a payment from the Government equal to their extra cost, and this from the Taxpayer to the One who does not pay taxes. It looks like 50% pay taxes and 50% do NOT pay taxes and want the Government to get larger and keep the One Party system in effect.
