William J. Collen, YanktonPelosi Statement [On Climate Fraud Legislation: Everyone gets a free pony!!]
Just as in the beginning of our universe, there were hot air elements (hydrogen and helium) that heated up (like the blown-up hot air from politicians and the elite about global warming).
This heat up of the elements caused the explosion and expansion of our universe from the black hole — hence, the formation of the element carbon and the use of carbon offsets by the above mentioned individuals.
Just as it is an ever expanding and contracting universe — so it is with carbon offsets. Their lunatic supporters shall pass also.
"This analysis shows that the overall impact of this legislation on the average household would be 22 to 30 cents per day - less than the cost of a postage stamp - at the same time as the energy provisions in the Recovery Act return up to an estimated 26 cents a day to American families.
"The return on our investment is great. We will create millions of clean energy jobs, cut carbon pollution that causes climate change, reduce our dependence on foreign oil, and increase our national security."
