Interesting photo juxtaposition in today's St Paul Pioneer Press

1. An article about the Obama administration's latest climate fraud promotion only made page A3 of today's St Paul Pioneer Press [print version].

2. Directly above it was the picture below credited to "Associated Press: Eranga Jayawardena". The caption says "A boy walks through a cloud of pesticide as a worker fumigates the area to curb the breeding of mosquitoes in Colombo, Sri Lanka on Tuesday. Sri Lankan health authorities continued efforts to curb the spread of dengue, and eruptive fever characterized by severe pain in the joints and muscles and commonly transmited by mosquitoes, as the number of related deaths rose across the country."

3. Was this photo placed directly over the global warming article to "subtly" suggest that CO2 emissions resulted in this kid walking through a cloud of pesticide?

4. The composition of the photo seems pretty dramatic to me, with the lighting showing off the gas mask, the thick clouds of pesticide, the vulnerable child perfectly silhouetted so very close by, and the scrawny plant in the corner.
Did this all come together on its own, or was the photo staged?

WASHINGTON — Rising sea levels, sweltering temperatures, deeper droughts and heavier downpours — global warming's serious effects already have arrived and are getting worse, the Obama administration warned on Tuesday in the grimmest, most urgent language on climate change ever to come out of any White House.
