Now on the Huffington Post: Superman comic book fantasy used to promote climate fraud

Everett Ehrlich: Will Climate Change Denial Doom the Planet?
Superman - the "strange visitor from another planet" - was rocketed to Earth as an infant by his parents, after the Kryptonian leadership ignored his father's warnings of their planet's imminent disaster. It's a famous scene in American pop culture, but also a compelling parable at a time when the Earth is at a similar crossroads due to man-made global climate change.

The funny part of this "parallel" is that Krypton was a Planet Ruled by a Council of Science and the CONCENSUS was that nothing was going to happen based on the data. It was one lone "denier" of the scientific concensus that saved his only son, but could not save the planet from the settled science supporters who refused to listen.

The message was to not let concensus science blind you to new hypothesis and theories and it only takes one to dissent and prove the concensus wrong.

Once again the AGW proponents miss the point.
