They're trying to unleash a general fear of "the unknown" or of "changes" in the population. Anything and everything is being put under scrutiny and the question is raised "what if this or that were to happen?", undermining the American tradition of fearlessness and courage. And it's the same people who promoted "CHANGE" on the Obama bandwagon.
