[Coolest since 1888] BELOW AVERAGE TEMPERATURES HAVE OCCURRED ON 20 OUT OF 22 DAYS...WITH THE OTHER TWO DAYS BEING NORMAL. THERE HAVE BEEN ZERO ABOVE NORMAL DAYS.
