This marks the third straight record low for the city. Monday's low of 61 broke the record of 62 set in 1987 and Sunday's 58 degrees broke the 1967 record of 61.
Bismarck, N.D. (AP) Pronghorn licenses available for this fall's hunting season in North Dakota are down nearly 50 percent from a year ago.
The Game and Fish Department says the drop is due to the harsh winter and unfavorable spring weather.
Big game biologist Bruce Stillings says surveys show the statewide population decreased more than 25 percent from last year, from an estimate of 14,000 pronghorn to 10,000 this year.
