Minnesota: Ethanol thirst evaporating
A goal of 1,800 E85 pumps in the state by 2010 looks out of reach. The number of E85 pumps has declined from 360 to 351.
...
In May, about 1.5 million gallons of E85 were sold -- almost 1 million gallons less than in May 2008.

E 85 is a total scam

They never publicize that the mileage is a great deal lower than regular gas. I drove from St. Cloud to Grand Forks in a State of Minnesota E 85 vehicle and I couldn't believe that I had to fill the car twice during the round trip. You could almost watch the gas needle go down.
