New Washington Post-ABC News poll: I see no mention whatsoever of global warming or climate change
This Washington Post-ABC News poll was conducted by telephone July 15-18, 2009, among a random national sample of 1,001 adults including users of both conventional and cellular phones. The results from the full survey have a margin of sampling error of plus or minus three points. India’s refusal to countenance limits on greenhouse-gas emissions, angrily aired Sunday during a meeting with U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, isn’t exactly new. India, like China, has long railed against emissions limits for developing countries, and India even questions the two-degree target it just signed up for.Video: Paul McCartney sings "Meat Free Monday; It's a Fun Day!"
It's a food campaign to encourage the nation to help slow climate change by reducing their meat consumption by having at least one meat free day a week.

I wonder about these international binding contracts about CO2 and locking in the temperature... What if a nation like China or India just ignores the contract after signing it and emits CO2 without any restrictions. What is the penalty? Is the UN going to fine them? what if they don't pay? Could the US go to war over CO2?
Thank you for highlighting Paul McCartney's campaign. We here at Meatless Monday, a non-profit working with Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, also encourage going meatless at least once a week. There are a myriad meatless recipes (Featured this week: Spicy Stuffed Seitan http://www.meatlessmonday.com/spicy-stuffed-seitan/) as well as cooking tips and health articles.
