The regulation game: After mandating that everyone has catalytic converters (by telling them that CO2 and water vapor are "harmless"), then claim that CO2 and water vapor are going to kill us all?

Allvoices.com - Water vapour confirmed as major player in climate change
Andrew Dessler, Texas, confirmed that the heat-amplifying effect of
water vapour is potent enough to double the climate warming caused by
increased levels of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.

"This study confirms that what was predicted by the models is really happening in the atmosphere," said Eric Fetzer, an Atmospheric Scientist, AIRS data, NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena, Calif. "Water vapour is the big player in the atmosphere as far as climate is concerned."
Catalytic Converter FAQ
Q What is A Catalytic Converter?
A It is a device which chemically converts harmful exhaust gases, produced by the internal combustion engine, into harmless carbon dioxide and water vapor. The converter was developed to meet stringent emission reduction levels as set forth by the Federal ERA and California Air Resources Board. Since the 1975 model year, vehicle manufacturers have used catalytic converters and other emission control devices, to meet those emission reduction levels.
