It would be mad to legislate before Copenhagen, but will Turnbull dare face a double dissolution?

THAT somewhat shop-soiled global warming proselytiser, Al Gore, has challenged Kevin Rudd to show leadership by legislating his Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme before the Copenhagen climate talks in December. Not much of a challenge, since that is exactly what he wants to do.

Cap and Trade deceit

"Cap and Trade," or what really should be called "Cap and Tax," is little more than legislation designed to: ruin American businesses, tax Americans more, and line the pockets of those businesses cozy with Obama and Co. If "Cap and Trade" legislation is passed, the average American family can expect to pay $3,000.00 MORE every year due to increased energy costs. And it is predicted that 3 to 4 million American jobs would be lost due to Cap and Trade. Yet, many companies beholden to Obama would stand to profit - as would the guru of global warming - Al Gore. Funny how that works, isn't it?

"Big Oil" has been knocked off it's pedestal. "Cap and Trade" has taken its place.
