Slapstick Politics Video: Costly Green Jobs--The Pueblo Example; Gov. Ritter Refuses To Endorse Waxman-Markey
In Pueblo, Colorado 450 new "green" jobs cost $32 million, or around $71,000 per job:

Warming and cooling cycles were the norm long before humankind. And like it or not, we're not going to significantly affect the natural course of climate change. Speaking of which, since the Earth has actually cooled since 1998 in what some scientists predict could be a prelude to a mini-ice age, I do share his apparent concern about global cooling.

The DNC announced that they will start running ads in Blue Dog districts to punish them for their vote on Waxman-Markey. They may do the same for any Democratic nays on ObamaCare. I suspect that the Oklahoman Representative may see that as a net plus after two years of Obamanomics and socialization — and may want to think now about crossing the aisle.
Why do so many not accept climate change data?
4. Selfishness. Some climate change skeptics say, "Make the money now. Let others deal with climate problems." They will claim to be "family people" concerned with their children's financial future. If they cared about children, they would do something about the global environment now.
