The Associated Press: Australian Senate endorses renewable energy target
Climate Change [Fraud] Minister Penny Wong told the Senate on Wednesday that even with one-fifth of Australia's electricity coming from renewable sources by 2020, the nation's carbon gas emissions are projected to be 20 percent higher than 2000 levels.

"The only way we're going to be able to turn around the growth in our carbon pollution ... is to put a firm legislated limit on the amount of carbon that we produce and make those who create the pollution pay for it," Wong said.
Another Global Warming Movie Flop | NewsBusters.org
Despite the universally lousy reviews, I am sure that more global warming flops will be produced in the future. In view of the fact that the unintentional humor flowing from global warming movie dramas seemed doomed to fail, perhaps Hollywood should produce a film based on that theme but as intentional comedy. My idea of such a plot would involve the leader of the global warming alarmism movie traveling to many parts of the world to attend conferences to warn about how the climate is supposed to heat up. However, God (portrayed by Morgan Freeman) has an incredible sense of humor so whenever the global warming alarmist attends these meetings the temperature drops dramatically, accompanied by hailstorms or snow.
