The agenda was environmental consciousness, not jobs, not business survival or growth, and not customer satisfaction. If your family is too big to fit in one of the prescribed cars, well, lose some weight.

Maybe it's just the money talking. As itemized almost daily on this blog, many of the shrill voices in the media seem not to be speaking on their own behalf but punching the clock for Big Oil.

Perhaps if Exxon had balanced up its input both for and against climate change, it would have been spared the merciless attacks? It seems not, since it has donated more than four times as much to the Stanford-based Global Climate and Energy Project (GCEP)...Exxon’s grievous crime is apparently just to help give skeptics a voice of any sort. The censorship must remain complete.
