Kentucky: Democrat Conway takes fire from both sides of the aisle over his support[?] of the cap and trade  swindle
Campaign staffers for [Democrat] Mongiardo, a University of Kentucky graduate and a Hazard physician, passed out plastic silver spoons in a bid to drive home the idea that Mongiardo represents the working-class voter.

“He chooses to fight for the silver-spoon issues preferred by the champagne and caviar crowd,” Mongiardo said of Conway.

He accused Conway of supporting federal cap-and-trade legislation that would limit the release of greenhouse gases and allow companies that emit less to sell their credits to companies that emit more.
...
Paul also aimed some of his attacks at Conway, saying that during a recent debate he wouldn't take a firm stand on cap and trade. “He spoke for 20 minutes and I still have no idea where he stands on cap and trade,” Paul said. “He's kind of against it a little bit, and he's kind of for it a little bit, but he's not quite certain, and he wants to keep his powder dry.”
