THE Rudd Government's 'green power' strategy has been utterly shredded by detailed analysis which shows the total uselessness of the one form of power on which it is almost entirely based - wind.

This latest economic fad is supported by an enormous industry comprising nonprofits, investment banks, venture capitalists and their cheerleaders in the media. Their song: that "green" jobs will rescue our still weak economy while saving the planet. Ironically, what they all fail to recognize is that the thing that would spur green jobs most is economic growth.

All told, green jobs constitute barely 700,000 positions across the country--less than 0.5% of total employment.

The red line is hooking upward relative to the other curves, something I predicted a whole two days ago. Nostradamas right here baby. Actually, my original opinion was that the line would continue to follow the orange 08 line until I saw the difference in the weather patterns from the following videos. Today, perhaps as unlikely as it seems, my guess is that we’ll finish above the 06 black or even the 03 blue, perhaps you will agree with me after seeing the following videos. There is time in the next month for the weather pattern to change again though so I reserve the right to revise and extend my remarks
