That’s when Clinton made his pitch to fight global warming, using hyperbolic imagery and contending if something isn’t done, there will be fighting over water in 20 years.

“If we don’t do something about global warming, it will get worse because the water will dry up that’s drinkable,” Clinton continued. “And, there will be more fights over water. We may have more fighting over water in 20 years than we do over oil.

Arapahoe Basin, CO - A day after fellow annual competitor in the race to open first, Loveland Ski Area, began snowmaking in Colorado amidst an early season snowstorm, nearby Arapahoe Basin fired up its snowguns in anticipation of the ski season ahead.

"The cold weather and clear skies last night made temperatures ideal for Arapahoe Basin to have a successful night of snowmaking," A-Basin spokesperson Leigh Hierholzer said this morning.
