[Climate Change Hoax Lawyer] Jennifer Cleall featured on the cover of the CBA National Magazine - Davis LLP
Davis LLP Climate Change Lawyer Jennifer Cleall was profiled in the September issue of the CBA National magazine. The cover story titled Turning Up the Heat focuses on the emergence of a North American framework for regulating greenhouse gases.

Here is an excerpt from the article:

"According to Jennifer Cleall, achieving compliance with reporting obligations is a big issue for clients. But she views climate change as a practice area that draws upon the expertise of a diverse group of specialists. 'They can't work alone on these files,' she says of climate change experts. 'They must work in multidisciplinary teams...There are significant differences between jurisdictions, and the regulatory framework is emerging accordingly. The government in each province is going to do what makes sense in that province."
Nike quits the Chamber. When will the sanctimony end? | GlobalWarming.org
Here’s what an honest Nike press release might say:
Nike believes U.S. policymakers should use law, regulation, and the Copenhagen treaty to hobble domestic firms in favor of the Asian economies where our facilities are located. In contrast, the U.S. Chamber opposes policies that would offshore more U.S. jobs and investment to China and developing Asia. A truly carbon-constrained world would destroy jobs and growth in Asia, too. However, that’s years away, and Nike cares only about its short-term bottom line. Therefore, we are pulling out of the Chamber.
Reid: Senate floor action before Copenhagen remains on agenda
Buried in the E&E News (subs. req’d) story this morning about the Kerry-Boxer bill is this piece of news:
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) said floor action this year remains on the agenda. Asked yesterday whether the Senate is on track to pass a climate bill before December’s international climate talks in Copenhagen, Denmark, he replied, “Yup.”
Hot Air » Blog Archive » Michelle Obama: I know people say it was a sacrifice for me and Oprah to go to Copenhagen
In her speech in Copenhagen today, First Lady Michelle Obama said her trip to Denmark, along with the travel of her “dear friend” and “chit-chat buddy” Oprah Winfrey, as well as tomorrow’s visit by President Obama, is a “sacrifice” on behalf of the children of Chicago and the United States. “As much of a sacrifice as people say this is for me or Oprah or the president to come for these few days,” the first lady told a crowd of people involved in the Chicago project, “so many of you in this room have been working for years to bring this bid home.”
