So the Democrats have gone from “global warming” to “climate change” to “clean energy” because the public doesn’t buy what they’re selling. [From the comment section] "A car is a car is a car. Go back to the original intention of the carpool lanes. They were created to move more people in fewer cars quicker. Thus, there would be fewer cars on the road. A single person in a hybrid defeates the purpose.
