"women are especially vulnerable to the impacts of climate change" ... notice how everything is being "retranslated" into the new moral universe of AGW/sustainability/environmentalism. Obesity used to be considered bad for health reasons, but now it's bad because it has a larger carbon footprint. Woman were alleged to be disadvantaged over men because of job discrimination etc., but now they're under attack by men emitting carbon dioxide in their cars and warming the planet.
