Not sane enough for a tin foil hat: Woman suggests that wearing recycled fishing gear hat will prevent bad weather

Aly De Groot crafted a piece of wearable art from recycled fishing gear for the Top End gathering at Jingili Water Gardens.

She said she was wearing a hand-woven jellyfish hat because the sea creature was an important environmental indicator.

"I think it's about people taking responsibility for their actions and how they live," she said.
