Rally Held For Climate Change At State Capitol - cbs4denver.com
"A leader from CU, another from Colorado State have not made the case that we have a catastrophic crisis developing. They say there are some trends that disturb them, but when we pressed them a leader from Colorado, a leader from Colorado State were unwilling to say there's reason enough to slam the brakes on the economy," said John Andrews, Colorado Christian University Policy Director.

"You know there are other scientists who will take a counter viewpoint. You know that number of scientists is very, very small right now. Many of those scientists are funded not by objective peer-reviewed grant processes, (they are) funded by the coal and oil industry and more than anything that number is incredibly small," CU climate researcher John Miller said.

"The question we're trying to get at is where does all of the carbon dioxide go?" Stephens said.

Weird Weather and Global Warming …..AKA Climate Change - Commentary by Steve Dunlop
he fact is that global warming is more than having a warmer climate everywhere. I will say it again, being a Canadian with Canada having one of the harshest winters on the planet, I am all for a warmer climate here. (I don’t like the cold and have often wished in the winter months that I were at a beach in Florida.) But it is much more serious than that. There are more frequent weather extremes, which sometimes can result in colder temperatures. There are animal and plant species that are becoming extinct.
