Warning Signs: California, Watch Us Leave!
Anyone who still doubts that the aim of environmental organizations is to destroy America’s agricultural and industrial base is simply not looking at the facts on the ground.

Because of environmentalism, Californians resisted building coal-fired and even nuclear plants to generate electricity for their economy, electing to purchase it from other States. What has followed since then have been periodic blackouts and brownouts. Californians still believe that solar panels and wind turbines will provide sufficient electricity, but that is a fantasy.
How global warming looks without the various versions of the Hockey Stick
We may have to accept that global warming is just one of many issues that require attention. We may get to celebrate the fact that global warming will not destroy civilization--that there will be no massive flooding, extinctions, environmental migrations, mass evacuations of coastal and island areas. Sadly, our celebrations should be tempered by the knowledge that each of these events can and will occur without global warming.

A belief is not scientific because it has been “proved” but because it is continuously tested, and tested by conformity to experience rather than to axiomatic truths.

If Apple was really concerned about the environment… « Green Hell Blog
… it would leave China, not the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
...
So when will Apple pressure the Chinese government to adopt the Clean Air Act? Isn’t actual air pollution in China much worse than the invisible, if not debatable/mythical, problem of U.S. CO2 emissions?

We doubt that Apple has any answers to those questions as Al I-need-cap-and-trade-to-become-the-first-carbon-billionaire Gore sits on its board of directors and, no doubt, cheerled Apple’s resignation from the U.S. Chamber.
