Burning our money: Cost Of Global Warming Industry
A large chunk of this cost is a pure dead loss. For example, the power black-outs we will be suffering in a few years time from not having built new generating capacity, will cut our national output and make all of our lives less comfortable. This is money we might just as well burn in the market square.

But much of the cost is a redistribution from you and me to those employed in the warming industry.

Melting The American Dream Part 2 « DKT POLITICS
There is plenty of legitimate science that refutes, ad nauseam, global warming and the lies that its supporters propagate. I am not a scientist but I am a thinker, and it is rather clear to me there is still a debate happening, however those who believe in global warming would like to squash the dissenting voices. It almost seems as though they do not wish for people to actually look at that the facts, which is not only worrisome but also tells a story about their position. The truth about global warming is simple, although it may sound like a conspiracy theory. Global warming alarmists are not concerned about saving mother earth; they are concerned at redistributing American wealth.
