Zorita evidently expects to be punished by reviewers and journal editors for his call for scientific honesty. It will be interesting to see many more researchers will now step forward to discuss the subtle and not so subtle biasing of climate change research. Serious doubts have arisen from the tsunami of leaked emails from the people at the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) and the University of East Anglia’s Climatic Research Unit which reveal a culture of fraud, manipulation, deceit and personal vindictiveness to rival anything in a John le Carre or John Grisham thriller.
The Wizard of Gore (as in Albert, Jr.) does share some characteristics of the original: He seeks fame, notoriety, fortune, or whatever, through the age-old mechanism of fraud.
